Although the clinic employees are often helpful, respectful, and caring, my recent experience left me disappointed due to a lack of clear communication. I went in for a simple blood draw and lab work, only to be hit with an unexpectedly large bill, covering 100% of the costs myself. I wasn’t informed beforehand that the clinic was out of my insurance network, meaning I would be responsible for the entire amount. Always concerned about me. Answers my questions, asks me questions. Takes necessarily precautions and tests, that I need done. I get in and get out. The place is Clean, friendly, and with happy workers. Been going there for 35 years.
