Dr. Grant Su tries to rush out the door seems they don't care for the patients needs only the money they can charge you or your insurance. After I was diagnosed with cataracts 2 eye professionals in Springfield told me not to use Springfield Clinic ophthalmology department. I ignored this advice and tried to work with Springfield clinic. I had an emergency situation with my eyes and lost my sight in one eye because of the cataract. This was my first time visiting the clinic. I transferred from another clinic that no longer accepts my insurance. The Springfield Clinic doctor found a problem with my eyes, which the other doctor had failed to notice. I'm grateful that the staff at Springfield Clinic Eye Institute had found the problem long before I lost too much vision. Their quick intervention will halt the progression of the retinopathy.
Refused to see me cause my a1c was too high. I understood that but the doctor did not speak to me after I drove 30 miles to see him. The a1c results were available before my appt but they did not bother to cancel before my drive!
