I originally went to OSF PromptCare for a work injury. They didn't do anything to help. The only thing they did was take xrays. They said nothing was broke and sent me back to work. I made it half way thru my next shift and the pain was too much. I came to Carle Pekin ER. They took care of the pain, gave me referrals, and took me off work until I could get in to see orthopedics. I felt like they genuinely cared about my pain!

I was concerned about my wound from my surgery at carle health, all this could have been avoided id Dr. Davis s office would have just looked at me over my concerns, however it's very unfortunate that employees can get away with these actions , I will die before I ever return to that facility,all my experiences with my surgery has been positive!
