DO NOT USE THIS PLACE – If you want your clothing returned in good shape do not go here. They were supposed to replace a zipper in a pair of jeans that cost 37.00. When I picked them up the feed dog on the sewing machine had hung up in the jeans and ripped them. They charged me anyway and would not refund the money for the zipper install nor would they offer any type of compensation on the new Jeans. Wasted Money – My experience was very unpleasant. Yes, the counter staff was nice and they do offer same day service. However, my shirts looked as if someone had slept in them and two did not even appear to be pressed. The dry cleaned articles had a terrible odor. I did not complain however I will never do business with them again. I mentioned the issue to several friends and all of them said " I could have told you that." Once again I will spend my money in Nashville where one can be serviced!
