HELP NEEDED- ANY ADVICE WECOME! Does anyone know how to get Chrysler to honor a factory recall/ KNOWN & PUBLISHED defect on a 2012 Town & Country Van? They put out a service bulletin that the 2012 - 3.6L V6 engine had a lifetime warranty bc 1/2 of the engine’s cylinders need total replacement. Good service Very helpful people
Not only did this dealership not doing ANYTHING to facilitate a loaner or rental vehicle when my transmission went out under 100k miles and was backordered for 2 weeks, but when I went to finally pick up my vehicle it was filthy and covered if grease on the interior carpeting. Not only I would I NEVER buy from this dealership, but as a long time MOPAR customer I will never purchase another vehicle from them again because of their customer service. Thanks for NOTHING!
