This place is a joke . Absolute slumlords no hot water, bed bugs , a drunk manager that doesnt do his job. Dont apply dont waste your time.

Literally has bed bugs every other month
The woman at their home office is unprofessional as can be. They gave me bad vibes since the moment they got in touch with me. They charge 3 months rent out of the gate just to move in to a section 8 income based apartment. Lady at home office yelled at me for having a serious life event happen that prevented me from moving in when she was ready. Fees like I dodged a bullet. Shady business preying on elderly and disabled people.
