I have lived here for 4 years. The new management is great, the maintenance staff is amazing. I have two complaints: my upstairs neighbors are loud all day long. There are 3 adults, and at least four kids who run around all day until late at night. It sounds like they jump off their bed or something. We can’t relax at any time. We have submitted complaints but nothing has been done. As I write this at 8:30 pm, I hear the running, and most nights vacuuming too. I’ve lived at Springfield Apartments for almost three years, and I definitely recommend it as a great place to live. It’s a quiet community with a convenient location and a pleasant atmosphere. The maintenance service is excellent thanks to Mr. Marco, who is always kind and quick to fix anything that needs attention. The appliances are always in good condition, and if something isn’t working properly, they replace it right away. This place really went downhill.It used to be pretty good then they changed the mgmt. The new mgmt is terrible.Good luck with getting back your damage deposit money and their fees when you move out.Look up for reviews their parent co. "11 Residential" and read you will see they are dishonest.
Since I have lived here, my health has improved i can breath. I love management. I have not had a problem, ground maintenance is very prompt and keep it looking good. Thank to Carressa abd the othe sweet lady. Nice enough for me.
Not at all recommended.The main issue here is that the ownership company of the complex, "11 Residential," both deceives and engages in deceptive practices in regards to their contracts and their communications to residents. Be very careful of what they say compared to what is in the contract they give you to sign. As well they are completely unreasonable in their outrageous move out charges and ludicrous assessments of determining cleanliness and damages upon move out.The turnover of management here is very high for a reaso... read more
