Since I have lived here, my health has improved i can breath. I love management. I have not had a problem, ground maintenance is very prompt and keep it looking good. Thank to Carressa abd the othe sweet lady. Nice enough for me.
Not at all recommended.The main issue here is that the ownership company of the complex, "11 Residential," both deceives and engages in deceptive practices in regards to their contracts and their communications to residents. Be very careful of what they say compared to what is in the contract they give you to sign. As well they are completely unreasonable in their outrageous move out charges and ludicrous assessments of determining cleanliness and damages upon move out.The turnover of management here is very high for a reaso... read more
I loved my experience at Springfield apartments. My move out process was so easy and Caressa was great help!
I moved out of this apartment complex recently and can absolutely tell you emphatically that you don't want to move in here and that the negative reviews are very much correct. The management here says that "We’re here to listen, learn, and work toward creating a better experience for all our residents" but that is an outright lie as they will refuse to answer emails which you send on their "contact us" part of their website or will refuse to pick up the phone and call you back. I would HEAVILY recommend you choose a different apartment complex. I lived here for five years and the first years were acceptable to even good at times, but they were under a completely different management company and the new apartment management company, "11 Residential" was very much completely incompetent and totally uncaring in its approach and was extremely negligent in running Springfield.
