A friend took a feral cat to be neutered. The girl that took him back managed to get bit and they require a quarantine but would not let my friend quarantine him at home or do a courtesy quarantine. They charged an 80 something year old woman for each day of the quarantine caused by their incompetence and then never called to advise the quarantine was over.
