I'm in the Springer Woods Blvd community, and I really wish they would clean the streets because there are too many rocks, and big ones too, everywhere. Me and my kids almost fall on scooters or bikes or when walking due to the rocks. Also, the parks have brown, nasty, gunky stuff on the grounds that kids play near, so these issues need to be fixed. Other than that, the homes are nice.
Glenn was the man! He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire home buying process and still works with us to ensure we’re satisfied with our purchase. Very happy with the home overall!
