The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents.
