Great doctor, but it looks as if she is only practicing in Chicago now. Originally I found that she also had a Whiting office, but it doesn’t seem to be the case now. So unfortunate not to be in Indiana. Very trusted and knowledgeable.
Does anyone know where Dr Springer went? The Pinnacle office in Chesterton will tell me nothing. I've gone to her for years and would like to know if she is still in the area or did she retire? You would think the office would say if she was retired. Thanks
I find Dr. Springer very intelligent in her field as so personable!
Yes, you can expect a long wait time. However, Springer is worth it. She is incredibly blunt and straight to the point which I appreciate. I can trust her opinion and don't have to worry about getting the run around or false reassurance. There's a reason why people are willing to wait for hours for her opinion.
Excellent Doctor, knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Her nurse Cheryl was a bonus, very friendly, felt very comfortable. To those complaining about the waits, "good things comes to those with patience".
Sitting in her waiting room right now. I arriv ed 15 minutes early and have been waiting over 1 1/4 hours. I recomm nd going somewhere else.
Wait was way too long. Doctor Springer wasn’t very pleasant. She clearly overbooks her patients and doesn’t give them the proper care and attention that is needed. She spent very little time with me and my daughter considering how long we waited. Her staff needs an attitude adjustment. Especially the short hair gal receptionist.
Dr. Springer is very thorough and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Best Dermatologist is NWI.
Expect a 1-2 hour wait. Additionally, this doctor prescribed a low-level antibiotic for my son's acne, which was covered by our co-pay. At the next visit, she changed the prescription to the exact same medication, but a time-release formula. My insurance co-pay did not cover, and the cost was more than $350 per month. I asked her to put us back to the original, and instead have him take the duplicate dosage twice per day, but she refused. Her reason: he might forget the 2nd dose. Bye-bye!
