The Location moved and we were not informed we drove around for 20+ minutes trying to find the building and the representative did not answer her phone when we called multiple times, despite the fact we had an appointment at a specific time there seemed to be no concern that her client’s were late. This set the meeting off on a negative note and was not turned around with the representative showing empathy or making an effort to connect. we were not informed to provide our title, which would’ve saved us over $200!
