This apartment is always laying don't ever trust them they never come on time when you have something wrong with yo house like one time my a/c had a problem and I went to report the problem they told me they are gonna come and fix it the next day but they never showed up and there pool is never open they never open that pool I don't know why but if you looking for a apartment here trust me don't just look for a different apartment cause Springdale is not the apartment to move in.

The staff are unprofessional, the apartments are filled with roaches, the leasing office takes weeks and months to come and fix stuff. I don’t even know where all the five starts come from, I don’t recommend anyone moving in here.

My family and I decided to move into Spring Dale Glen on August 15th. Before moving, we toured unit 3833 F and liked it. At the time, the bathroom was being renovated, but we were told it would be ready by move-in. I paid a deposit specifically to secure that unit, which is what a deposit is supposed to guarantee. Fast forward—about two weeks later, I stopped by the leasing office to discuss possibly moving in earlier.
