Had a great experience purchasing a new F-150. The staff was responsive and respectful, and made accommodations to my scheduled to make sure I was in and out through the buying process. Would recommend buying from Springdale Ford!
Jeremy at the Springdale, AR location did a phenomenal job. I usually dread going into dealerships when shopping for a new vehicle because the experience can often feel pushy or rushed, but that was not the case with Jeremy. He made the entire process great, was extremely helpful, and took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. Because of the experience we had with him, I would definitely consider this dealership again in the future!
Go see Chad and Brandon at Springdale Ford for the best sales experience. No pressure and helped us find the trim we wanted. They even went the extra mile to look at our trade that was at a collision repair shop in a neighboring town. . Other dealers were not willing to do this. Excellent
