Traveling from Illinois to visit family here in Louisville. My VW started sputtering about 2 miles from my brothers house. Called and left a message around 10 pm for a call back about getting my car and looked at. This morning at 7:15 am I got a call from Ned and said to bring it in as soon as we could. Service was great!!! Will def recommend and use again if needed when in this area!
I get nervous around most auto repair shops, but not ANYMORE. I have had nothing but wonderful customer service and excellent repairs- 0 problems. Everyone is very professional and they have the most highly skilled mechanics. These guys know what's up and I would recommend them to anyone. It's a plus too that they are locally owned and operated.
Stein Automotive did a great job servicing my Range Rover.

My Mini Cooper was towed to Stein. They diagnosed a failed alternator and replaced it. Now, a month later, my 5 year old battery crapped out. I replaced it and the battery light came on after putting the new battery in. I took it to Stein asking them to check it out. They promptly called and said the new alternator was failing. They replaced it at no charge to me (under their 3 year warranty). I am very pleased with their service, although the pricing is quite high.
