Dropped my car off for a replacement of my tie rods and sway bar end caps. They quoted me at 2 grand for that and replacement of 4 tires, which I never asked for. I messaged them and then asked how much for just the parts. They replied “881.08 before tax”. Took my jeep in for wheel alignment and came out with a jeep that can’t drive in a straight line without the steering wheel being in the 10-11 o’clock position and stability control completely disabled. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE. they told me they could get me back in next week!! Update: had to get it fixed else where. Told me the car was fine when it left and called us a liar.

Worst experience ever! The salesman was so rude! It’s ok tho went up the road to Lewis jeep and got a way better deal!
To start off with I am a no nonsense car buyer. I do my research on the car I want, and I already know if I have financing before I walk into a car lot. I pulled in to the car lot and was immediately greeted by Jael. Jael, is a new sales rep for the dealership, and is vary young. But he was awesome to work with, and I am glad to see the future of McLarty Daniel's hiring practices. I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours.
