To start off with I am a no nonsense car buyer. I do my research on the car I want, and I already know if I have financing before I walk into a car lot. Tried to pull in there to charge my car. The guy was very rude when I asked him to move the vehicles. He then moved the furthest car away from the charger and that was it. When I told him that the charger will not charge because there is too much stress on the connection and it won't click he told me everyone else works. Stay away from here they are shady. I came in and was low balled on a trade. They got me financing but didn’t put in the sales tax. So at the DMV to get a DV plate I was hit with a 4200 bill. They laughed all the way to the bank. Stay away from Andrew Farman. Do business with any other dealership. And they refuse to give me a survey hmm I wonder why.
In spite of a rough start with a vehicle that should have gone to auction, GM Derek Hill helped my family out. He was able to help us get into a vehicle that fits everyone (including my husband who is currently using a walker.) I am very thankful for his help. Chris Daniels, also was a very patient salesman during both processes.
