Set me up for an appointment. Just to say I had the wrong location. Lagging, lazy advisors that shouldn't be working in the department in the first place. Save yourself the trouble and go to their Bentonville location instead.
Kevin Powell, my service advisor, treated me and my Jeep EXTREMELY well. He went above and beyond to get my odd Jeep problem fixed and fixed right. This guy really cares and takes his job seriously. Ask for Kevin if you need your Mopar taken care of!
They scam you. Tried to charge us $1700 for a part that another Chrysler dealership said was only $500. They did this last time to us. Gave a second chance with a new issue, same result.
Worst car dealership in Springdale McLarty Daniels. I’ve never been humiliated in my life of how they treated me. The salesman Alfredo Arusjo was rude, unprofessionals and a liar. He make us sign papers and said we were approved for a SUV so we went to bank and get our down payment and when we came back he laughed and said sorry but someone is taking that same vehicle and I didn’t know other salesman were selling it to another customer.
