Don't recommend renting here. They raise the rent by $100 minimum every year, add extra fees, and new procedures (ex. yearly inspection before renewal). They do bare minimum updates and never want to fix anything in apartments. There have been issues with bed bugs and cock roaches. They do not tell tenants when other tenants have infestations and try to keep it hush hush. Neighboring tenants that share the same walls are suppose to have an inspection at the very least. Owners raised rent by $500 within the four years I lived here, with no improvements to the property. Mike, the property manager, is amazing. He catered to our every need and really got to know us and was truly the reason we stayed as long as we did. We even got him Christmas presents every year! Going to miss him, but not going to miss paying $1200/month for less than 900 square feet of space.
Clean and updated open concept space is very homey. Manager is wonderful with great attention to detail and actually cares. Also, he lives on-site making it easy to contact him with concerns.
Mike the manager was very friendly and answered all of my questions . The unit he showed was nice and clean and well kept.
