Do not live at this site but a sister site. Generally the worst apartment I have ever rented - the on-site manager (G) shows no respect for the residents and has terrible communication. He will get upset with you for setting boundaries (ie. not letting him enter your unit whenever he pleases for non-emergencies) and try to blame every issue on the tenant. Don't recommend renting here. They raise the rent by $100 minimum every year, add extra fees, and new procedures (ex. yearly inspection before renewal). They do bare minimum updates and never want to fix anything in apartments. There have been issues with bed bugs and cock roaches. They do not tell tenants when other tenants have infestations and try to keep it hush hush. Neighboring tenants that share the same walls are suppose to have an inspection at the very least.
