Do not live at this site but a sister site. Generally the worst apartment I have ever rented - the on-site manager (G) shows no respect for the residents and has terrible communication. He will get upset with you for setting boundaries (ie. not letting him enter your unit whenever he pleases for non-emergencies) and try to blame every issue on the tenant.
