I have lived in the neighborhood for two years. The owner FL Garner is the most unreasonable owner I have never met in my life. He does not want to fix anything on time. When you ask he has a attitude and basically tells you he will fix it when he feels like it. When he does come he allows strangers in your home when you constantly ask for him to send someone when you are home and he refuses. Also this area is a FLOOD ZONE. There is only 2 drainage systems in the WHOLE neighborhood the DITCH and ONE DRAINAGE by it. It has fl... read more
