** constantly sick headaches respiratory problems sinuses issues non stop do not rent the basement units you health will be at risk! Stuffy stuffy stuffy humid and causing major health problems for me and my family! The dusk accumulation in the basement unit is terrible I’m always sick everyday everybody until I leave my apartment for fresh air ! Constant stuffy noise and headache! I was supposed to have a tour this week Tuesday at 2pm. I showed up and waited at the leasing office door. I knocked, no one showed up. Waited 15min and emailed and texted the company still haven't had a response. Their communication is lacking drastically. I tried to call but it sent me to an automated system which was no help.
My heat is on 90 degrees but the thermostat I’m saying 68 degrees so cold man have to sleep in layers of clothes don’t move here they say the heat included smh so freaking cold me my kids have to put coats and jackets on to survive the night! They’ve promised many of times they’d reach out to me soon or get back to me just to have several months two a year fly past me !They once told me that transferring units is an option for tenants who they’re willing to accommodate sounds weird to me ! This is the worst place to rent from. In my move in date- the apartment wasn’t cleaned, there was mold and black dirt over everything. I went a month with out a stove, 3 weeks without a fridge, and have no heat. Everytime the maintenance man comes to do something he looks at it and says yeah I’ll have to get someone else to do this. I have pictures, emails of all the damage when I moved in. The manager was rude and condescending as she yelled at me for the apartment not being done.
