I’ve been living here for 2 years now and this past year has been an amazing experience. Management has met every maintenance need in a timely manner, and above all the parking situation was a concern of mine for a long time after coming home from a long days work. Thank you management to you and your maintenance crew… you all are the best!!!

Mrs. Erika Martinez is amazing she’s a pleasure to have at Springdale ! I’m definitely feeling like Springdale is under new management for the best because MARTINEZ IS ! They do have a dog park but nothing for the kids they tore down the children’s playground area now the kids have now where to go but across the torn down trees over the river or play on the play set at the other apartment unit which is not fair to that apartment building !
