Mrs. Erika Martinez is amazing she’s a pleasure to have at Springdale ! I’m definitely feeling like Springdale is under new management for the best because MARTINEZ IS 😊! They do have a dog park but nothing for the kids they tore down the children’s playground area now the kids have now where to go but across the torn down trees over the river or play on the play set at the other apartment unit which is not fair to that apartment building ! Maintenance walked in my apartment today without knocking while I kept saying that I’m undressed it’s getting out of control at Springdale next….. I got flooded out in the basement unit & the won’t even replace my carpet or unit it’s very hard to breathe in this unit after the flood something has to be done! They’re doing a lot of renovations around here but please don’t let it fool you I’ve been here for four years and nobody has done anything about the amount of mold in my basement apartment and the roaches are insane almo... read more
I must say when looking for an apartment, I ran across Springdale Apartments. Website looked great, So after many others I decided to call. The service just over the phone was professional and polite. I dealt with a wonderful leasing agent Erika M. She left no stone unturned in preparation of my move here. My place is incredibly top notch. This company went above and beyond. Being a Veteran with a dog, this place is pet friendly and I meet the maintenance crew, nice and helpful in anyway they can help. I lived here. I am going to add pictures. I had to move quickly to Waukesha from another state. I called in March of 2024 for an apt in mid-May. It took 6 weeks for them to process my application and had to live in the Extended Stay Hotel for 2 weeks. I had given up even hearing from them, and they called on May 13th. Nearly two months of trying to track them down. There is no management on site. No place for your packages because they locked all the doors because of stealing.
