I was absolutely shocked to see all of the 5 star reviews for this place. My husband was referred here for testing and we've experienced nothing but frustration. He went the first time, everything seemed normal and they told him how long his results would take. They called him a week later and I guess they had just not sent his sample out and it was now not viable due to the delay. He went back in, having to take even more time off and be in an uncomfortable situation again due to them just not shipping it. Now that he's got... read more

Absolutely terrible experience there. First of all, they lost my specimen the first time so I had to come back and then they neglected dimension too early pay for the lab results so now I am stuck with double the cost and Spring customer service pretty much said it’s Micheal. It’s on me even though I asked, where do I pay for this? They said I would get a bill and had no idea of the early pay absolutely horrible experience and will never go back there again.

If I could give Springcreek -1000 stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE and the media needs to do some serious investigation on discriminatory practices. I first came here on my own to look into egg freezing, did blood work, ultrasound, etc. with all the initial consultations. A few months later, I found a split egg donation company to work with where I could freeze my eggs and donate half to a couple.
