Absolutely terrible experience there. First of all, they lost my specimen the first time so I had to come back and then they neglected dimension too early pay for the lab results so now I am stuck with double the cost and Spring customer service pretty much said it’s Micheal. It’s on me even though I asked, where do I pay for this? They said I would get a bill and had no idea of the early pay absolutely horrible experience and will never go back there again.
If I could give Springcreek -1000 stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE and the media needs to do some serious investigation on discriminatory practices. I first came here on my own to look into egg freezing, did blood work, ultrasound, etc. with all the initial consultations. A few months later, I found a split egg donation company to work with where I could freeze my eggs and donate half to a couple. I am a gestational carrier and a satellite patient. Meaning my main clinic is in Cleveland but this clinic at the Mason location is closest to where I live so I get to do my visits here. Tanisha and the girls here are just amazing! We are always laughing and they make everything so comfortable. Tanisha is always giving me information and asking if I have any questions. I always leave here feeling confident and comfortable in this journey. They are awesome!!! 10/10 would recommend!!
The team at Mason is amazing. Very professional and understanding what you're going through.
This place . This place and these people are AMAZING. We just took our newborn back to see them because they became such an important part of our lives. HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Tanisha and Mindy :)
