It was great & the manager was super friendly!!
4 months into my rental here, things have been great. This place utilizes technology to pay rent, garbage, and for needs like fixing things or questions I have. The manager here, Josh, is on top of things and communicates easily with me via text.
Pretty nice and well maintained property. I really enjoy having the large fenced in backyard unit. Apartment manager and maintenance man is quick to respond if you have any issues. The only downside I would have is not having a washer/dryer in unit although some units have them. There is a laundry room on site but it’s pretty small and it doesn’t have a change machine so I haven’t used it yet.
