We have lived here a year and really enjoy the close proximity to everything. They keep up on maintenance and Jeremy is quick to get any concerns about maintenance addressed and fixed. Ellie is a great property management who is on top of any concerns addressed to her. They are always improving with a dog park and new sidewalk to dog park since we have been here. We started our lease here almost a year ago and plan to renew for another year, at least, but probably much longer! The office staff has been really great, quick to answer any questions, and always pleasant to interact with. I've had the most contact with Ellie, and she's been fantastic. The maintenance team has been so helpful and on top of things when we have to submit work orders. The interior is pretty outdated, for people who care about that kind of thing. I have lived in Springcreek since 2017. Ellie in the office is always pleasant to talk to. Jeremy keeps the property looking clean and well-maintained. The area is quiet and safe.
Ellie and Jeremy in the office are both amazing and work with us anytime we have an issue. Lived here 1 and 1/2 years and they have been excellent.
