The staff is very nice! this was me and my boyfriends first time getting our own place, so of course there was a lot we didn’t know to get done ahead of time. But they were very patient and helpful. The place is nice, and I love the way they are repainting the apartments!
Ellie was extremely helpful and kind when touring an apartment. She made the process simple and easy! Very welcoming atmosphere :)

We have lived here a year and really enjoy the close proximity to everything. They keep up on maintenance and Jeremy is quick to get any concerns about maintenance addressed and fixed. Ellie is a great property management who is on top of any concerns addressed to her. They are always improving with a dog park and new sidewalk to dog park since we have been here. We started our lease here almost a year ago and plan to renew for another year, at least, but probably much longer! The office staff has been really great, quick to answer any questions, and always pleasant to interact with. I've had the most contact with Ellie, and she's been fantastic. The maintenance team has been so helpful and on top of things when we have to submit work orders. The interior is pretty outdated, for people who care about that kind of thing.
