Jeremy on Maintenance does an outstanding job ! He is always prompt sometimes within minutes if not in the week. Always so nice and helpful.
The staff is very nice! this was me and my boyfriends first time getting our own place, so of course there was a lot we didn’t know to get done ahead of time. But they were very patient and helpful. The place is nice, and I love the way they are repainting the apartments!
Ellie was extremely helpful and kind when touring an apartment. She made the process simple and easy! Very welcoming atmosphere :)

We have lived here a year and really enjoy the close proximity to everything. They keep up on maintenance and Jeremy is quick to get any concerns about maintenance addressed and fixed. Ellie is a great property management who is on top of any concerns addressed to her. They are always improving with a dog park and new sidewalk to dog park since we have been here. If they can only get everyone to clean up after their dogs but we all know how people are and they don’t think the rules mean them. I think they need to install cam... read more
