Once a 4 now barely a 2 Several maintenance staff changes, poor communication regarding changes to the property, sub par and outdated amenities. Rent increases with promised improvements that still haven't been done. Used to be better property but has gone down hill. Sad when you talk to neighbors and you can all agree that the property and service has many opportunities.

We moved here almost a year ago and we love it here. It is quiet , no problems with anything, staff is friendly and helpful, it is clean and the neighbors are friendly.

I recently moved to Springburne at Polaris and I have to say that I love it here. All of the staff have gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful and make the move easier. The building and grounds are well maintained and any requests that I have had were addressed the same day. It is quiet and peaceful here, day and night, and I love that! I highly recommend Springburne at Polaris. I think that this will be my home for a long time.
I have lived here for about 5 years and I love it. The people are friendly and so is the staff.
We have lived here for a couple years now and we absolutely love it! Such a peaceful community with great prices and people! I always say how lucky we are to have discovered such a great area and am thankful for such great management.
