Spring Brook Village is full of crime and suspicious activity. Rules not being enforced. Vehicles parked on the streets making it an obstacle course due to them removing the one way streets almost getting hit. Vehicles parked on lawns for months but were getting violations when parking in a vacant lot for half a day while doing lawn work that they require. In the time that I have lived here it has been nothing but misery. Starts with a neighbor causing issues by letting their dog urinate all over our fence, and in the backyard where we still have to mow outside our fence. We ask politely 2x to take the dog further out as it is causing issues with us taking our dog out as it now takes him 10 times longer to go because all he is doing is sniffing around because of their dog. This community has really stepped up their game. So many new homes have been added. And the property manager and staff are amazing.
