Lived here for about eight years my car recently got stolen from the parking lot. No one called to check in about it still haven’t to this day. and when I had Ask the office to see the cameras they wouldn’t allow me to see the cameras, only the police, and then super inconveniently whoever that was in the office and I told her about my car she decided it was the best time to compliment me on my shoes, which was odd and frustrating. First they told me I am allowed a guarantor and/or co-signer, but then they changed it to not allowed. So basically I got cheated out of my application fee because they didn’t let me use my backup plan. And they don’t respond to their calls much when I am trying to apply. Bad communication exchange.
If I'm being honest its a very calm quiet community the neighbors mind there business and all the kids there get along well there onsite maintenance always always and fast when requested and George is just by far the kindest and understanding property manager i know. definitely kid friendly family environment ! i would recommend this apartment community
