Since they replaced the staff, things are starting to get a lot better. Less wait for things to be fixed. Very happy with the way things are turning around.
Leasing office is unreachable. Multiple messages and emails sent with no response. Had an appointment scheduled a week in advance, when we showed up, the door was locked and no one was there. They never contacted us to cancel even after we confirmed our appointment the day before. I like living here, but having to jump through hoops to get anything done is frustrating.
I have lived here for 19 years. The staff here is exceptional. I have been very happy living here. Angela the manager has always been helpful and courteous, and helped in any way she can. She is the reason that I have been a long time resident here, and I will continue to do so.
