This complex seems to have gone by several names: Springbrook Lane Apartments, Springbrook Lane Townhomes, and now Chicago Heights. 07/29/2025 This complex is under new management, and the difference between the old and new manager is night and day. The new manager is infinitely more responsive than the last, and has been working diligently to address and improve various issues around the complex. They respond faster to their Google reviews than their voicemail. I called them last month over a parking incident, they tried to tow one on my vehicles that is registered to the apartment with the parking permit inside of the car. OUT OF MY OWN STALL. I sure didn’t call any tow truck. The tow company said the property manager had deemed my car unworthy of being parked in my own stall that the car is also registered. Other tenets are also complaining about an ant infestation to no response. We pay a premium here for a securi... read more
