They respond faster to their Google reviews than their voicemail. I called them last month over a parking incident, they tried to tow one on my vehicles that is registered to the apartment with the parking permit inside of the car. OUT OF MY OWN STALL. I sure didn’t call any tow truck. The tow company said the property manager had deemed my car unworthy of being parked in my own stall that the car is also registered.
