poor communication – Very, very unfriendly customer service, you feel you are talking to a robot not a human. Absolutely no flexibility for nothing. Apartment below me had a leak and had to change the drywall. and I got blamed to missuses of my shower. I had to go downstairs to investigate it myself and called the maintenance guy to check my bathroom out and it turned out that they did a very bad job when they are replacing my toilet and cause of that leak.
