Very unprofessional management when I lived here. It would take days to get any reply from them. When we moved out they failed to send us a move out statement required by Oregon law and then sent collectors after us when we didn’t know our deposit didn’t cover the cleaning charges. They couldn’t be bothered to spend 5 minutes calling or emailing me about a debt we knew nothing. The maintenance guy is really cool but the management was poor.
Been here 4 months and have no complaints. It's quiet and well lit at night. Nothing fancy, but comfortable at a decent price.
