I have so many great memories from living here. The apartment has a large balcony, a spacious and well-designed floor plan, plenty of storage, and a wonderful landlord. They also continue to make improvements to the property every year, which shows they genuinely care about maintaining it. I would highly recommend this place for its generous space, reasonable price, and overall quality of living.
When we first moved to the area we moved into a house owned by the same company. I believe it's the same property with the two star review here from a previous tenant. That house had some minor issues over our time there, as your would expect with an older house, but any and all maintenance issue were always addressed promptly. They had a reverse osmosis filter system installed so sulfur water was never an issue. I've lived at Springbrook for about 5 years and it was my first ever apartment. I really lucked out with my first place being at Springbrook because it's been wonderful living here. The location is perfect. You're not too far away from anything in the Ithaca area. The property manager, Michelle, had been absolutely amazing to deal with. I lived at Springbrook circle apartment for 5 years during my time in Ithaca. The floor plan (I had the 2 bedroom) was perfect-big, beautiful windows, spacious rooms, and no “dead” space. It is a little oasis off on its own, yet still close and convenient to shops/restaurants/hospital/etc. Michelle, the property manager, is very kind, responsive, and reasonable. It is a gem and great find in Ithaca, NY. Price and location are unbeatable!
I lived there for 1 year and I have nothing to complain about the apartments, but I made the mistake of moving to a house from the same company and my experience was horrible, totally opposite to the experience I had living in the apartment. They didn’t deliver the house as it should, they didn’t want to fix the water that had high levels of sulfur, in the back of the house there was a swamp literally on the balcony that was never fixed and I could list a lot more things here.
