Was on my way to my appointment and they called me 10 mins till the appointment was suppose to start, I was already sitting in the parking lot about to come, they process to tell me they just realized and messed up and do not take my insurance and could pay in full if I wanted. Very bad way to do business to let someone know 10 mins till their appointment that you messed up and do not take their insurance.
These people have taken care of me for almost 15 yrs. Always happy with the service & glasses.
