Spingbok Clinic accepted me as a patient when I was new to Kelowna. Dr Kloppers and his staff are always caring and professional, even when facing unprecedented demands on their time and energy, like most medical personnel today. Kudos to all the team at Springbok. Glad we have you in Kelowna.
I am a huge fan of Doctor Erasmus and very grateful for his care, I have no complaints about in-house interactions with support staff, but this office is impossible to get ahold of. If you call too close to 4 o’clock (when they stop taking phone calls half an hour before closing) they will leave you on hold until the system kicks you off. This is my third attempt to connect with someone at a time that I’m able to make the call in two weeks and I still can’t get through. Update - called every day this week. Our experience with our family doctor, Dr. Kloopers, has been excellent. He is very attentive, kind, and truly takes the time to listen. His professionalism and care make a big difference, and we feel well looked after by him. Unfortunately, the clinic itself is quite disappointing when it comes to communication. The phone is almost never answered, and trying to book an appointment by phone feels nearly impossible, as calls often go unanswered. This can be very frustrating, especially when care is needed. Dr. Kloppers is proactive, enthusiastic, caring, compassionate, excellent communication skills, always follows up on health issues. Fortunate to have such an excellent Physician. Definitely will enhance my longevity
