If you are fortune enough to receive care here, consider yourself extremely lucky & to have won the lottery. Dr. Kloppers is by far the best medical practitioner I’ve crossed paths with in my entire life. I feel extremely lucky to have him as my doctor & I will forever be indebted to him. I am a huge fan of Doctor Erasmus and very grateful for his care, I have no complaints about in-house interactions with support staff, but this office is impossible to get ahold of. If you call too close to 4 o’clock (when they stop taking phone calls half an hour before closing) they will leave you on hold until the system kicks you off. This is my third attempt to connect with someone at a time that I’m able to make the call in two weeks and I still can’t get through. I filled out an application for a doctor because I was told they were taking new patients. Months later I get a call back from the receptionist, and she was extremely rude on the phone with attitude, and basically told me no info. And never heard back from her.
Honestly I feel so lucky and fortunate to have found Dr. Kloopers! A totally patient focused practice and renewed my faith in our health care system!
