My AC was not cooling efficiently. SWAT technician, Sam, performed a quick diagnosis of my AC and informed me of the possible problem, then provided several solution options and the estimated cost of each option. He explained the breakdown of cost. After selecting option to recharge unit, work was performed to get unit cooling. He did a good job and cleaned up afterwards.
Sam is very nice, and extremely professional ! Very glad I used SWAT, and will be using them again in the near future.
SWAT has been servicing my HVAC for a number of years. They explained the problems we were having and why it would be cost affective to replace the Unit at this time. The installers were on time, couteous and cleaned up well after they were done. SWAT always responds promptly and I have never waited more than 24 hrs for service.
SWAT was timely in the initial response. The tying man who came initially could not have been more kind and patient with us old folks😜 We needed a new system and they installed it and made two follow-up visits as we thought there were glitches. Todd was out there with the installers to make sure all went smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Called and set an appointment for 9am, waited until 9:30 came around and called the company, went straight to voicemail twice. They did not show up, 1pm rolls around and they called me back finally saying that they are out of town so if I need servicing I need to call someone else because they can’t help, I tell them it’s not for servicing I had an appointment scheduled for 9am and they did not show, they forgot they put me on the schedule.
