When my AC stopped working, in August heat!, I called SWAT and spoke with Todd. He walked me through trying to do a quick fix, unfortunately it didn't work. He couldn't get me in that day ( I did call at 4 pm, so understandable), but I was scheduled the next day. Sam, technician, called & was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier than acheduled, so that was a win!
