Honest, straight forward pricing. They’re actually able to fix your current unit instead of trying to sell you something that you don’t need. Would recommend them to everyone
I’m not here to leave a zero star just to hurt a business, because that’s not fair so I’m putting 5 stars. But I do think this company seriously needs to reconsider their pricing structure — they’re way overpriced. I called today asking for help installing two thermostats I just bought on Amazon. I was willing to pay a little extra just to make life easier, but I was honestly shocked when I was quoted $125 per thermostat, totaling $250.
