Our AC went out and they were able to get someone over same day after business hours which was the only good thing about this company. The technician, Ken, immediately saw the issue and didn't want to fix it same day. Instead, he wanted to give us a $23,000 price tag to fix everything as a whole (new unit even though ours is 5 years old, new duct work and new insulation).
