Roaches, rats, drug dealers for neighbors.... what more could you want? The week I moved out my entire kitchen ceiling had collapsed because my upstairs neighbor had a dishwasher leak maintenance never took care of. I wish I still had pictures. I've never lived with so many roaches and mice in my life. The place is so old and disgusting. Maybe they repainted but I'm sure it's no different. This is the colony phase II. The management is pretty good. Maintenance sometimes takes a couple reminders but talk to them n they will get it done. The people in the office help out a lot n you get free wifi here. It's more towards the edge of town but everything you need is easily within a couple miles the more essentials,groceries, being one of closest.
The property management company has changed. It is a really great place. It has a wonderful, relaxed environment.
