Understaffed and clueless. Do not send your loved one there. Police were called due to only one person who couldn’t be found supposedly watching a full building of seniors, many with memory care in locked in rooms where police could not get to them because the one person with the one key to open all those doors was nowhere to be found. Showed up just as the police were about to open the doors with crowbars. Starved and dehydrated my loved one so severely that hospice was brought in. Belongings missing and dirty. Recommendedit's a very good and nice place
My mother has been a resident for about a year and a half now and I couldn't have found a better facility to care for her . The staff is absolutely the best , food is great , activities and special events are the greatest. Spring Village is very clean and well maintained and I can't think of one negative thing to say ! Thank you all and a job well done and for all you do for all the residents that live there , their all very nice .
How did I find Spring Village? Recommendations from two friends at church - One friend moved her mother here 6 years- she is now 101 and counting. My uncle lived there for 2 years and was 97 when he died a very kind peaceful and caring death. I moved him there from NJ. Night and day differences. Warm, inviting , living space filled with natural light with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces within the facility. I observed a considerate, outgoing and friendly staff. It felt like home.
My mother-in-law, Betty, has been here for a couple weeks, and we are very impressed with all the staff here from the first day we stopped to inquire! Honestly all care members seem kind, caring and attentive to all residents. I always enjoy my visits as there is always something going on here that they can participate in if they choose or just sit and relax. There is always a place to go and have a quiet visit also. Spring Village has spun new life into my father. They have given him the opportunity to be the man that he is and to engage in the activities that he enjoys most. The staff are all highly skilled and compassionate to the residences. I would highly recommend SV!
