This clinic is garbage! My wife was a patient at this clinic and today she was informed that she was being dismissed as a patient because the clinic was unable to reach her after they had made several attempts. And they informed her that she could never be a patient there again! She tried to explain to them that her phone had issues and she couldn’t make or receive calls. I saw Dr. Aziz on 1/13/2026 and we determined I need surgery. I was told I would hear from the scheduler within two weeks of my visit. It is now 2/23/2026 and I have yet to hear from anyone and I have left 4 voice messages for someone named Fedra whose voice mail says she will return my call within 24 to 48 business hours....what a joke! I left a message on 2/11 at 12:15pm; on 2/17 at 9:25am; on 2/19 at 9:24am and again today, 2/23 at 9:20 am. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Kayla Rowles at this clinic throughout her pregnancy with our first child. Unfortunately, our experience with this practice has been extremely disappointing and, at times, alarming. From the very beginning, it was nearly impossible to reach her OB or receive guidance outside of scheduled appointments. I love my doctor, but the communication from the office has been terrible! I came in the beginning of October due to pain I’ve been experiencing, to this day no one has contacted me regarding my results or follow up treatment and I’m still dealing with the pain. I’ve been calling leaving numerous messages even through their new portal and nothing. They need to do better with their communication!!!
I have had the worst experience ever!! I had my blood test results done a month ago!! And the clinic still doesn’t have them! I have called numerous times, nobody returns my calls. They have lost my referrals also ! I have appointments scheduled for my mammogram and ultrasound and the imaging place called me today and said they don’t have anything from my doctor although I received my referrals in the mail already and they never sent in the order and the appointment is tomorrow.
