Avoid this clinic & seek care elsewhere.. ​I saw Dr. Chirisse Taylor for having three weeks of severe, abnormal bleeding and painful cramping with an IUD in place. During my visit, my symptoms were largely dismissed and my IUD was visually checked and assumed to be fine. THE WORST OB office I’ve ever gone to. Dr. Ojoku is a good doctor but his medical staff is the absolute worst. They kept logging information incorrectly in the system . Claiming I had 0 copays just for months later, Almost being sent to collections because there was copays and I was never notified by the office even though I asked twice every visit for months. Extremely Poor Customer Service I’m very disappointed with this doctor’s office and especially the front desk staff. I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone. I have waited on the line and tried calling back, but I still could not get anyone to respond. It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a medical office to be this difficult to reach. My visit was good for my first time. Everybody is sweet. The stuff was amazing. The only two things that I don’t like or appreciate is that when it comes to questioning whether it be the staff for the doctor, not that they rush, but I understand as well that they are busy, but I feel like they just need to show a little that they care when it comes to the patient’s asking questions and not try and be so quick with the answer, especially from the doctor the other thing is that I feel like when your results come in and the doc... read more

I saw (Dr. Ojukwu) today and I will never be back to see him again. I got a full wellness check and he listened to none of my concerns. He’s not here to help anyone, he’s here to fill a career and poison women. I’ve never taken birth control and he kept saying I needed it to control my hormonal levels, I repeated that I have never taken it and would like holistic alternatives. He said “there are none”.
