I love my doctor, but the communication from the office has been terrible! I came in the beginning of October due to pain I’ve been experiencing, to this day no one has contacted me regarding my results or follow up treatment and I’m still dealing with the pain. I’ve been calling leaving numerous messages even through their new portal and nothing. They need to do better with their communication!!!
I have had the worst experience ever!! I had my blood test results done a month ago!! And the clinic still doesn’t have them! I have called numerous times, nobody returns my calls. They have lost my referrals also ! I have appointments scheduled for my mammogram and ultrasound and the imaging place called me today and said they don’t have anything from my doctor although I received my referrals in the mail already and they never sent in the order and the appointment is tomorrow. Great doctor but the place never answers the phone . I have been trying to call the doctor for more than a week because I have to schedule a sonogram and fix a referral . Clicked the call back option also to receive a call back and still no call back .
My wife and I are very upset with the front desk so far with our experience. The doctor and the nurse were so patient and answered our questions. We were sent to a specialist and we got our ultra sound which was fine, then the doctor (at the specialist) told us we didnt have to go back to Spring Valley for the next visit since they was sending everything over and they set up another appointment. After my previous OBGYN moved out of state to further her education I was referred by a friend here for Dr. Taylor. We lost a baby last year and I was told if pregnant again I need to see an OB right away. After expressing this to the office I was given an appointment weeks out.
