My acquaintances reside in this location, which appears to be a pleasant and cozy place to reside. It is a small set of apartments, making everything conveniently close. They seem content with their living situation. The only issue they have encountered is the thin walls between units, but as long as everyone respects each other's right to peace and quiet, it should not be a major problem. As of May 6th, there are currently two units available for rent in this apartment complex.
Great apartment. Lots of space. Management is friendly and quick to take care of maintenance requests. My only complaint is the walls are very very thin. Its just a piece of drywall. I have horrible neighbors behind me constantly dragging their chairs, slamming cabinets, and arguing. I can't even watch a movie in my livingroom. I've complained about them multiple times and they not only still live here but still make just as much noise. People are just very inconsiderate of other people.
It was a nice spacious place to live for the price, I gave my 30day notice, mailed in the keys after locking up ,cleaned up apartment as if someone could have moved in right after me, so thats why I'm giving them 3 stars they ignored my messages to give me back my deposit.
the floor in our laundry room is rotting rotting it's going down stairs in the bed room the ceiling is starting to rotting getting g bad
This is where I live. I like it very much! Some of the neighbors are great. The rent is reasonable and the utilities are affordable. It feels like home.
