I reserve 5 stars for the most fantastic and incredible so this equates to wonderful. I've been going for years and it is a go to place for breakfast or lunch. Excellent food, excellent prices and "hungry man" portions. For breakfast I recommend their country ham as well as tenderloin specials. Not quite as hungry; have a gravy biscuit and add an egg or two. Lunch has a different meat and veggie choices each week day (just breakfast on Sat.) as well as what the menu above shows. Spring valley restaurant is a wonderful and family restaurant the people there are friendly and the food is very good just like mom cooked I would recommend it to everyone the waitress there are very friendly and the service is wonderful
