Very Unorganized, on two separate occasions I was signed up and put into units that still had other peoples stuff in it. I signed up online for the offer of 50% off for 3 months and they still proceeded to charge full price. Highly Unsatisfied and disappointed.
Jana and Rachel were very professional and kind in manner and knowledge of the storage units. Highly recommend working through and with each one of them for storage needs.

Booked a storage unit online. Never moved in as military orders changed. Cancelled before the move in date. Because its corporate owned had to go through hoops to get a refund. Finally got my refund after 3 months. The local people in the office and district manager was very nice and tried helping.
