We had a great experience with Rachel she very kind and knowledgeable
Booked a storage unit online. Never moved in as military orders changed. Cancelled before the move in date. Because its corporate owned had to go through hoops to get a refund. Finally got my refund after 3 months. The local people in the office and district manager was very nice and tried helping.
just want to shout out Rachel at Shield Storage she is absolutely amazing! I’ve known her since high school and she has always been incredibly kind, helpful, and genuine. Seeing her in a professional setting now just confirms what I already knew—she truly cares about people and goes above and beyond to help. If you’re looking for great service with someone who treats you with respect and kindness, ask for Rachel. She’s the best!
