Jim was great!! We absolutely love our new home and community. The house we purchase was exactly what we wanted and all the teams we worked with were so helpful. Waste of trees and resources. Poorly and cheaply built. We’ve had electrical problems, grade problems. The attic cost us an additional 6k because they cheaped out on insulation, piled it on one corner and took their measurement just to pass bare minimum. We were have heating and temp regulating problems and a moth infestation because of it. The floor is absolute garbage god forbid you spill any amount of liquid or it literally comes apart.
