From the moment we stepped into the Spring Valley Ranch location for information we were met with Carla's sweet smile and knowledge. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! Trevor is also an amazing addition to the team and always has a smile on his face and is happy to help! Love this community and our house!
Waste of trees and resources. Poorly and cheaply built. We’ve had electrical problems, grade problems. The attic cost us an additional 6k because they cheaped out on insulation, piled it on one corner and took their measurement just to pass bare minimum. We were have heating and temp regulating problems and a moth infestation because of it. The floor is absolute garbage god forbid you spill any amount of liquid or it literally comes apart. Absolutely awesome team over there in DR Horton. Loved working with Carla she is truly awesome and helps out and very knowledgeable about any questions you have. And with our first walk through with Trevor was phenomenal any little thing he was more than helpful. Would recommend anyone if your in a the market for a new home come talk to these people at the spring valley DR Horton homes.
The sales team was excellent; very knowledgeable and helpful. They made our buying process smooth and enjoyable. Carla is wonderful to work with. Trevor was great with our orientation and walked through everything with us. Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend.
