Carla is amazing!
I recently bought a new home in this development, and all seemed great at first. But after living here for almost 12 weeks now, it is beyond clear the construction manager Steve, and Dr. Horton for that matter, do not value the buyers that just spent over $500K for a new home. There is a posted sign that has the rules for the workers to follow. These rules specifically pertain to the construction sites, i.e. the new homes being built.
