Our DR Horton home in Spring Valley West has had several issues including appliances going out after only two years, original fence height was only 36" which we had to install and they would not help us replace it after increasing it to 4 feet, the weed guard they put down is see through allowing weeds to grow through it, the HVAC system in the home runs constantly and the intake vents sound like a jet plane taking off, can feel cold air coming in through the windows(we were told their fine because they are builder grade🤦)o... read more

I was considering buying a home in this development. However, after taking a long walk around the area two separate times, there's no way I would consider it now. Where to start? Well, my first walk was after a rainstorm. I immediately noticed that windows are left open on the homes being built. These are windows that are capable of being closed; apparently it's too difficult for the workers to close windows.
