I have contacted Spring Valley Lock and smith today. The guy that answered the phone was very rude and had me waiting for 2 hours. I contacted them twice and waa told 30 mins. The last calles thwy tild mw to leave because they couldnt get to me in 30mins. Very unprofessional and rude. Poor customer service. 2 hours waiting for them and at the end they didnt even show up.

Spring Valley Lock and Key was on time and very friendly and efficient. I was back in my car within 30mins. I also had my house keys done. Thanks for your service.

He did not show up and left my 92 year old father in the hot sun (on purpose). He had no intention of showing up. So Rude. Thank goodness for Karma!
