Bought a 2016 Explorer Limited back in October of 2024 and had no negotiating ability when it came to sale price or trade in price. Tori Parnell was one of the most unprofessional sales representatives I've ever dealt with who constantly downplayed issues i brought up and said its normal for a transmission to violently jerk during shifting.
