Dr. JANI is the best doctor I've ever had. He's dedicated to helping people get well. He's not about the money at all. I wish him well on his retirement.
Straight to the point and friendly couldn't ask for a better doctor
As a care provider, Dr. Jani is GREAT!! He really cares for his patients. His front office staff however is less than sufficient. I have called SIX times now over the past week and no one ever answers the phone. Each time I've called and had to leave a message I always leave the time I'm available to answer the phone due to my job. Despite telling them the only time I'm available to answer the phone they NEVER call back during that time. More concerned with his reputation than he is about getting his patients the treatment they need. Additionally, the referrals office is clueless when it comes to proper procedures for sending referrals to insurance companies... My family has wasted over a month attempting to get the treatment they need yet they insist the error is with my insurance or my inability to schedule an appointment without an authorization. Absolutely fabulous, went there sick as dog, left confident, medicated, respectfully treated with a follow on appointment less than week away. This is a light/ Hope compared to the darkness I feel when treated at the VA.
