Amazing everytime.
Dr.A is the best Doctor I have ever had. Fear of driving put me at a local Dr in my inmediate area. Not working there. The Dr I last saw, I mentioned Dr Alteiri to him and he seemed to know of him! Dr Limogianis informed me he had moved. I informed very politely I will find out where. I miss the total way Dr A listens and his eyes genuinely care. I wish every Dr was like Dr A. Excellent doctor. Takes his time to explain health options and is supported by a strong staff.
Dr. Altieri is great but his staff is deplorable! I've been waiting 4 days for them to send a simple prescription to my local pharmacy. I even went into the office 3 days ago and they assured me it was a priority and that it would be sent right away. It still has not been sent. I have called them every day. No one answers so I've left VM's daily. I have emailed them daily on the MyChart app and STILL NO PRESCRIPION has been sent! Today I will go to the urgent care clinic and hopefully they can give me the prescription so I c... read more
