Mi experiencia no ha sido muy buena ya que cada vez que uno va a las oficinas nunca hay alguien que hable español y la encargada no siempre está de buen humor , aparte nos quisimos cambiar de apartamento y tenemos dos años viviendo acá y nos estaban cobrando un mes de renta, un mes de depósito teniendo un buen crédito. nunca hemos quedado mal en ningún pago , no me parece algo coherente que siendo ya residentes nos traten como que no lo fuéramos, ya casi el mes de eso y nada que nos regresan el depósito. I put in the request during evening hours and by the next day the problem was resolved. The maintenance and facilities crew do such a great job keeping the property clean and in shape.
Maintenance quickly took care of the clogged sink, which was really stopped up. Thanks Jesus!
