We moved into the Spring Valley apartments in September of 2006 and have found it to be one of the best in this area. The management is one of the best I have ever seen; if you have a problem they are there to see that it is fixed as soon as possible. If the ones who are giving a bad report of the apartment would do what is asked ( like watch your children and take dogs out on lease and pick up the dog poop) they would have no problems. In response to the useless a/c review...I also live at Spring Valley Atpts our a/c was turned on in February and I havent had any problems keeping my apartment cool. In fact I have to turn the thermostat up because I get too cold. I feel as though management is doing an excellent job their job taking care of their residents. Those that usually complain are the ones that are never satisfied. I feel for an "All Bills Paid" complex its the best in town. Any person with common sense would understand the increase in rent to help ... read more
These apartments are all bills paid and great. Located in a nice area with friendly neighbors and safety for kids. Each apartment can regulate their own AC and it works perfect. Management responds quickly to issues and is very friendly. I recommend this place highly and I dont plan on moving anytime soon.
their AC is not great at all. it has been extremely HOT inside the apartment because they wont turn on the AC. they say its all bills paid but yet were still paying for electricity. the rent went up because they said the electric rate has gone up so were paying more for our rent. they havent turned on the AC and it is terribly hot inside even with the fans are set to high. were given excuses after excuses and yet they seem to never have problems turning off the AC once it gets cold outside. the temperature has been raising o... read more
