I currently live in Spring Valley and the manager and owner are terrible! They promised free wifi and when I moved in it wasn't working. I had to go to their office multiple times asking about it and I always got vague answers until after about a month they said they weren't going to fix it. I asked for money off of rent because I wasn't getting a service that was promised me and the manager simply said that the owner is an attorney and wouldn't do anything about it.
