Never a maintenance man here you literally have to wait days maybe weeks before anything gets fixed. Barely in the office always got a dang attitude for no reason I’m just ready to move‼️ STILL WOULDNT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE IM LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE TODAY ILL STAY IN A HOTEL BEFORE I CONTINUE TO STAY IN THESE APARTMENTS

Other than my loud, weed smoking next door neighbor, I had no issues living at Spring Valley for 7 years.
