The maintenance guy out here does his best to make sure he fix and get the things done in here...he been the best maintenance guy we had over here...he comes quick and hey the job done his very respectful and good with the tenants and our home

I went in last week to inquire about an apartment, The property manager is spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere was very warm and charming. As we spoke the maintenance man came in, he greeted me with a smile on his face and the way he and the property Manager interacted, you can tell they get along very well, like family. Been over here for 2 years now and I’ve seen a lot of maintenance men come and go but I really appreciate the Man they have now he make sure everything is working properly not just for me my kids
The new maintenance guy is GREAT he is one of the nicest guys and comes in and does his absolutely best.
