Other than my loud, weed smoking next door neighbor, I had no issues living at Spring Valley for 7 years.
Never a maintenance man here you literally have to wait days maybe weeks before anything gets fixed. Barely in the office always got a dang attitude for no reason I’m just ready to move‼️
I went to inquire about these apts she was short and very rude
