We lived at Spring Tree for 3 years and loved it! The leasing managers, Tom and Katie, are great and super responsive. Maintenance crew was also super quick to complete work orders and were friendly. The grounds and pool area were always in great shape! In the winter, the parking lot was constantly getting plowed and sidewalks were always cleared with salt! Overall a great place to live and we were sad to go.

Had a scheduled viewing, went and saw the apartment. Was fairly nice but extremely small. However, I decided to put a deposit down on the apartment. A day later, I was notified that it’s not available anymore because a tenant is moving in. It was already spoken for, and somebody else had previously put a deposit down. Spring tree did not disclose his information to me. Yet they still required the fee. I was successfully able to dispute discharge On my credit card. Shady company, doing shady business.

While office staff and maintenance are friendly, they do little more than make the surface of Spring Tree by Broadmoor look good. Underneath the surface, Spring Tree is falling apart and not well maintained. The buildings are falling apart on the inside and out.

haven't actually lived here but I toured recently (didn't apply fast enough afterward)- it seemed like the most lovely community! katie was so kind and helpful. the units are cozy but nice, and each unit has its own private entrance. the courtyard is adorable and I loved the community garden idea. worth a visit!
